The service encompasses a thorough inspection of both the property's exterior and interior, including various components such as roofing, HVAC systems, electrical outlets, and more. It is a proactive approach to maintaining your property's value and safety.

- Exterior: Chimneys, Roofing, Gutters, Siding, Windows, Screens, Doors, Walkways, Driveways, Handrails, Garages, Fencing, Yards/vegetation, Porches, Balconies, Light Fixtures, Waterspouts, AC units, Electric service mast, Foundation, Soil, etc.
- Interior: Flooring, Walls/Ceiling, Paint, Doors, Light Fixtures, Smoke Detectors, CO Detectors, Windows, Electric outlets, Light switches, Plumbing, Cabinetry (Kitchen & Bathroom), Appliances, HVAC, Handrails, Stairs, Closets, etc.
Additional checks and tests include opening faucets to assess flow and potential leaks, testing and replacing batteries in smoke and CO detectors, and noting furnace air filter dimensions.
Deliverables of the Service
- Walkthrough Video: This video covers both the exterior and interior inspection and provides a visual record of the property's condition.
- Summary Report: A detailed Word document outlines recommendations for repairs and improvements, accompanied by still pictures and video timestamps. This report helps you obtain repair quotes and estimates from contractors without them needing to visit the property.
